ORDERING

What is a "Special Request" ?

A special request is only needed if you want a design, theme, or item that is not listed on the shop menu. If you have a new idea, I can create that for you here in special requests.

Do I need to submit a Special Request to choose my colors or message?

No. Most items can be ordered directly through the shop. You'll choose customization options at checkout. Options may vary based on dessert.

If I see it on the menu, can I order it without messaging you?

Yes. If an item is listed in the in the menu or shop, you can place your order directly without submitting a special request.

What if I want more customization not in the options?

If your request isn't available as an option at checkout, please submit a special request for review.

CUSTOMIZATION

Can I add writing to my order?

Yes. Any shop item that already has a message on it can be customized. Short phrases such as "Happy Birthday ___, "I love you", or a name can be added during checkout. Exact spelling will be used.

Can I make changes to a shop items ?

Yes. Minor adjustments can be accommodated. Please leave these requests in the message section at checkout.

TIMING & PICKUP

How much notice do you need?

Most orders require at least 48-72 hours notice. Holiday orders and special requests may have different deadlines.

Where is pickup Located?

Pickup is available in Gwinnett County. Details are provided after checkout.

CHANGES & POLICIES

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed. Please double-check all selections before checkout. If a change is needed, please fill out a general message on the special request page.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

Due to the custom nature of of the product, all sales are final.

STORAGE & CARE

How should I store my desserts after pickup?

Desserts should always be kept in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.If not serving right away, refrigeration is recommended .

How long do desserts stay fresh?

For best quality:

Chocolate covered strawberries: keep refrigerated. Last up to 3 days
Chocolate covered treats (Oreos, Pretzels, Rice Krispies, Cake Pops): up to three days
Breakable Hearts: up to five days when stored properly
