ORDERING
What is a "Custom Order" ?
A Custom order is only needed if you want a design, theme, or item that is not listed on the shop menu. If you have a new idea, I can create that for you here in Custom Orders.
Do I need to submit a Special Request to choose my colors or message?
No. Most items can be ordered directly through the shop. You'll choose customization options at checkout. Options may vary based on dessert.
If I see it on the menu, can I order it without messaging you?
Yes. If an item is listed in the in the menu or shop, you can place your order directly without submitting a custom order.
What if I want more customization not in the options?
If your request isn't available as an option at checkout, please submit a Custom Order for review.
CUSTOMIZATION
Can I add writing to my order?
Yes. Any shop item that already has a message on it can be customized. Short phrases such as "Happy Birthday ___, "I love you", or a name can be added during checkout. Exact spelling will be used.
Can I make changes to a shop items ?
Yes. Minor adjustments can be accommodated. Please leave these requests in the message section at checkout.

Due to the custom nature of of the product, all sales are final.

How should I store my desserts after pickup?
Desserts should always be kept in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.If not serving right away, refrigeration is recommended .
How long do desserts stay fresh?
For best quality:

Chocolate covered strawberries: keep refrigerated. Last up to 3 days
